Choose a country to research on.

You will compile research food customs and information based on your chosen country.
Report on the following:
  • Food customs (table manners, how they eat)
  • How much does the average household spend on food in one month (convert currency to american dollars)
  • Signature food or dish (what food item is this country known for)
  • Name and location of a restaurant in your country
  • Name and location of a restaurant in the US that serves this food
  • One breakfast, one lunch and one dinner recipe that originates in your country
    • Recipes must be complete with ingredients and methods for prep
Compile your information on a brochure. Print "2 sided long side" under preferences.
It doesn't matter what format you use. Make sure to fill in every panel. Include images!
